Read online
It was produced from a single Mathematica notebook by a program written also in Mathematica and utilizing the standard Mathematica HTML converter for individual page generation. You may notice some imperfections in the online book version, in particular a couple of sections are duplicated and section 4.10 comes as a subsection of 4.9. I will fix this next time I have time on my hands to work on it - this is a fault of the original document rather than the converter. The converter program should be generally suitable to convert hierarchical Mathematica documents into similarly hierarchical web pages. I will soon make its source available on the site for anyone interested. | |||||||||
